Features:
The machine adopts resistance wire heating belt. In order to make the heating uniform, an aluminum liner is specially installed to greatly reduce the local overheating. The upper and lower limit temperatures are controlled by two digital graphics card thermostats, and the lower limit temperature (ie, the casting temperature) has a heat preservation function to keep the melted agar basically constant at the use temperature.

Use operation:
1. Before using the newly activated equipment, you must read the instruction manual carefully, and be familiar with the functions and usage of each switch knob.
2. Pour the agar cut into small pieces not larger than 2cm into the pot.
3. Turn on the power with the supplied power cord, press the "Power" switch, the thermostat displays the current temperature, and the machine is in the standby state.
4. Press the "heating" switch, the heating starts at this time, and the machine is in the heating state at this time. In order to heat evenly, you can press the "stir" button at any time. When the temperature reaches the upper limit, it will sound and the heating will stop automatically.
5. Press the "Keep warm" switch, and it will turn to the temperature control meter on the right. The fan will automatically cool down. When the temperature drops to the lower limit, the machine will keep the temperature constant.
6. The casting operation can be carried out at this time.
7. If you need to reheat when adding agar again, restart the machine.
8. Check the set temperature
① When the machine leaves the factory, the upper limit temperature is set to 80°C, and the lower limit temperature is 45°C.
②If you can't meet the requirements of use, you can remove the temperature controller mask, press the adjusting button to the required temperature, turn off the power and restart.


Precautions
1. This machine is a heating device, please pay attention to prevent electricity and scalding, and the power supply must have a ground wire.
2. The operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the method specified in the manual.
3. When a malfunction occurs, the company's maintenance personnel or the company's dealers should repair it, and the user must not disassemble it by himself, otherwise the company will not be responsible for the accident.
4. When the machine is working, the agar added in the pot should not be less than 2kg, otherwise the pot will be glued, and dry burning is not allowed to prevent damage to electrical equipment. The upper limit temperature should not exceed 90°C.
5. When there is frozen solid agar in the pot, it must not be stirred directly. It must be melted for a period of time, otherwise the blade will be damaged or the motor will be burned due to forced stirring.
6. After each restart, you must check whether the upper and lower limit temperature settings are correct.
