  • I use this daily. Wish it stayed charged for a full 7 hour day. Wish the light was brighter.

  • I ordered this loupe for hobby work and DIY jobs around the house with some reluctance. The price seemed too low for a high quality product. I was very surprised when I opened the nicely made semi-hard zipper case and removed a beautifully finished product. I was even more surprised when I adjusted them and tried the magnification on a project. The optical quality is quite good; more than adequate for my needs. A word to the wise for those who are not knowledgeable about optical magnification. Proper adjustment is critical to achieve binocularity. If they are just a little to wide or narrow, you will be seeing out of one lens or even worse, experience double vision. The distance between lenses must be close to the distance between your pupils at the near distance. You can find this out from your eyeglass prescription, your eye doctor, or have someone measure the distance between your pupils with a small ruler. After this is set, they must be angled so that they point roughly toward the focal distance (in this case 420 mm). The back of the lenses should come as close to resting on the spectacle lenses behind them as possible. My only other comment is that if you have a lot of astigmatism (greater than about 0.50 diopters-look at your glasses RX) or wear a strong plus or minus glasses correction, you would probably be better off with similar loupes that clip onto your glasses. Overall I am delighted with this product and would buy it again.

  • Make sure the head of the lamp is pushed all the way in, into the stand housing. When I first received this product, I thought it was defective (the head of the lamp didn't stay attached to the stand). However, after I started the return process I realized that the product wasn't defective at all. You just have to push the head of the lamp pretty hard into the housing on the stand. After realizing this I cancelled the return process. I am happy with this purchase.

  • I used these bowls for mixing plaster to use in a silicone mould. The product was ideal, as the unused portion of dried plaster was so easy to remove.

Used only 3 times for temps but so far so good. I don’t use it much so fits my office.

  • Purchased this as a replacement handpiece for a Foreman unit. It works perfectly. Could not have asked for more. In use now a couple months.

  • As an equine vet I use this camera as a cheaper alternative to the very expensive equine oroscopes when examining horses teeth. The resolution of the ‘live feed’ is excellent. The resolution drops very slightly when images are captured but are almost always of diagnostic value. I had some initial trouble with the set up of the camera because my laptop doesn’t have a CD drive and I don’t use any imaging software, however the support team at alandental were fantastic and talked me through the process of installing it.

  • This is not my primary curing light. I have an Ivoclar unit that I use all day. That one cost a fortune, this didn't. This is a backup curing light used primarily by Hygiene when placing sealants when I am using the Ivoclar unit. As a backup it works great. It cures comp and sealants like it is supposed to. The preset times are off: 4s,6s,8s. That is a bit inconvenient. At this price I could get what, 200 of them before I hit the price of Ivoclar? I get product with the Ivoclar so that is an exaggeration. If you want a backup this is it. Using this as an all day, everyday light I couldn't say...

  • Nice curing light at 1/10 the price of one from your national dental supplier. As you can see from the photo, it achieves greater than the claimed 2000mw/cm2. It looks sleek and feels fairly rugged.
