Sharie: It's been working great it came with a infared bulb and I have been using it 2 or 3 times a day with the required resting time in between. I've had it for 6 months now and It's working like a champ. It is adjustable in intensity and time (1 to 60 minutes) I've done a max of 30 minutes at a time on my legs. Only 5 minutes on my face. I have recommended it to friends. I've been using it to help with painful knees and as an added bonus my Spider veins have almost disappeared!
