Gigi: I'm in dental school and waited last minute to try to order loupes for operative class. These were supposed to be a temporary pair until I could order some custom. When I took them to lab, they worked so well, I honestly don't see the point in spending 1300 bucks for loupes and a light. I'm highly pleased.

toothfairyjenny: Great for hygiene I am a hygienist and I wanted to try a less expensive pair of loupes before purchasing a more expensive pair. These do the trick! They only magnify 2.5x, which is perfect for a beginner like me (the higher magnification made me dizzy). The lenses flip up and down, and they have been relatively easy to get used to. The only down side is that they are not the lightest, but not enough for me to complain. Also, the safety strap they came with kept popping off. I bought another one for a few dollars and it works much better. They are amazing for the price! They work well enough that I don’t feel the need to “upgrade” anytime soon.
