Jimorta: I knew from a review on YouTube that it would not take 100% of cigarette smke in one procedure. I had purchased a truck at auction and it must have been owned by a heavy smoker. I did follow all instructions. I was astonished at how much of the smell it removed. Brad: A really nasty guest stayed in our small guest house. Smoke, unattended pets, you name it. After using bleach, air fresheners, etc., it still had a terrible odor.
